Small but perfectly formed. Social You may be youthful but the people behind it have oodles of experience.

Tenant Network

With offices in Southsea, Portsmouth and Fareham, Tenant Network needed a website that provided an unrivalled user experience for their growing customer-base whilst maintaining a seamless synergy with their property management software behind the scenes.

Initial analytics show that Tenant Network’s new website is performing well with an increase in visitors. By monitoring how the audience responds, we’ll be able to adapt and change content and lead generation forms on an ongoing basis.
We have worked with Social You for many years. They have built our new website which has a fresh modern look with excellent functionality. In addition they have built our bespoke statistics database which has now become an effective tool for the day to day management of our business. Social You are attentive and have good strategies for seeing a project through from start to finish.

Ordnance Survey

UX application design for children that is fun, engaging but has education at the core.

Creating an educational tool for Ordnance Survey is no easy task. Months of planning, designing, building and user testing lead to the launch of Mapzone.

Designed with tablet use in mind, the website is a support tool for children, teachers and parents that covers a range of geography-based topics, quizzes and games. The App uses non-traditional methods of presenting information to ensure children stay engaged and re-visit the App regularly.
Emily and Dan have been excellent to work with from day one. They have been professional, approachable and flexible throughout the project. We are delighted with the finished website and their interpretation of the brief has been exemplary. Thank you Social You for all your efforts!

Social Media Presentation

Hampshire County Council

As a County Council, it is important to get your social activity correct and be prepared for the year ahead.

To help with the on-going development of their internal team, Hampshire County Council set up a day of reviewing their social activity whilst looking to the future to consider what to do next.

Social You were asked to attend and deliver a piece on the future of social media and what opportunities this could for a council that covers many different departments.

Clifford Brown Catering

As a growing business, Clifford Brown Catering required a new website that would reflect their scrumptious food and promote their personal service.

Our designers created a look that brought to life the local feel to the food created by the team. Tech-wise, the website is built using Craft CMS. This allows Clifford Brown Catering the ability to update areas of their website directly and manage email campaigns from a secure login.
We couldn’t be more pleased with the end result! The support you have given us throughout the process was great - you have always been on hand to answer our (sometimes silly!) questions.

We would be happy to recommend your services in future and I look forward to working with you both again.

Festival Launch

Wine Festival Winchester

When launching a new event, it is important to get exposure and drive ticket sales.

Using video, images, competitions and paid advertising we set-up and delivered a social plan over the three months prior to the big event. Whilst at the event we managed a live Twitter feed from the team, exhibitors and attendees on a big screen.
We couldn’t recommend Social You highly enough. They’ve been a delight to work with: courteous, professional, seriously talented people with an eye for detail and a knack for hitting the nail on the head. They are brilliant at understanding, capturing and expressing the personality of a brand via social media.

They are a key reason why our debut Wine Festival Winchester was such a success, and we are profoundly grateful to them for that.

eCommerce Website

Beta Education

Getting your store online is an important step for a new business.

With their product range about to grow, it was important that Beta Education had a solid and secure eCommerce website for their wide range of products.

Supplying the educational industry, Beta Education required a look that was modern and professional but kept an element of fun.
Dan and Emily have been highly professional and personable, with lots of contact via phone, email and at meetings. They have listened to what I want from my site and have produced an excellent webpage that I am confident will help me to grow my business. I would recommend Social You to anyone who needs help with starting or developing their online presence.

Business Management System

Tenant Network

Starting out as a family business, Tenant Network needed to grow their online presence as they expanded into a franchise.

Back in 2005 when the brothers first started out, an initial website and business management tool was developed to look after their properties, landlords and tenants.

Years later, the business has been a thriving success with the company expanding to a franchise model and property sales.

Social You were asked to come back on board to help the website and business management tool adapt to the changing needs of the company.

Having an event once a year can mean a drop in interest from your network for the other 11 months. Competitions are a great way to keep your audience engaged and talking about your big event.

Working with exhibitors, partners and bloggers we created a series of competitions. Using the Wine Festival social channels and email marketing as the main drivers, the prizes included wine products, tickets and merchandise.

The competitions raised the profile of the Wine Festival, increased likes and follows, improved engagement and increased traffic to the website.

Social Platform Training

Mail Boxes Etc.

With over 150 franchisee stores across the UK, it is important to have support in place for store owners so they can make the most of their social networks.

Working with Mail Boxes Etc. central marketing team, Social You developed a suite of social network guides, tips and instructions. Franchisee owners are able to access these in their own time and learn at their own pace.

These guides are available for all store owners within the network, providing support in promoting their bricks and mortar stores digitally.

Pell-Stevens Architects

A modern look for an established architect firm.

From planning to design and development, we launched a new website for Pell-Stevens Architects. The new website delivers a new look and feel for the firm, using modern technologies.

The old website was based on an off-the-shelf web builder that lacked modern features. The team were unable to make updates to the content and their audience were expecting to view their work on devices such as iPads, which was difficult as the old website was not built using responsive design techniques.

Social You designed the new website to be copy-light, make greater use of images and put faces to the team behind the work. The website now showcases the diversity of projects and range of services offered by Pell-Stevens whilst being user-friendly and intuitive.
