Understand ROI from lead ads to offline actions with Facebook’s new conversion solution.
With Facebook Ads being a large part of most businesses’ paid strategy, it’s important to prove that they’re working. Proving ROI from digital to non-digital actions can be tricky. For example, if you’re running an advert to get Facebook users to come and look at your show home, how do you know that the person who clicked the ad, registered to come and see you is the same person who just turned up in your office?
Facebook have developed an offline conversion solution that allows businesses to connect their CRM, POS or call centre systems into their Facebook Ad campaigns. In order to get this integration setup, you must have the following:
A business must be using Business Manager,
A Facebook application,
A Business Manager system user and access token generated for that system user and an offline event set.
