37 percent of people would purchase using a chatbot

DigitasLBI conducted a piece of research in the US to find out how willing consumers would be to engage with and trust chatbots. More than 1 in 3 Americans stated that they would be willing to purchase through a chatbot and, on average, would spend £45 per purchase.
Chatbots can provide companies with new ways to engage with their customers.
You may already be using them as a way for customers to interact with your business. With AI becoming more sophisticated, using chatbots to trigger marketing or helping to up sell or complete transactions won’t be far off.
